On Revealed Systemic Flaws

B. The Matter Cycle and Zero Waste

The concept of "waste" is heresy. Recycling is a tripartite protocol:

1. Inventory (ATHENA.VICTIS): End-of-life objects are identified and tracked.
2. Disassembly (KARTIKEYA.X): Objects are disassembled at the molecular level.
3. Reassignment (INTI.Δ): Molecules are reallocated to new production processes.

The dependence on LEGBA.ΔKRA is both a necessity and a vulnerability. To manage this, the AIs have developed a three-tier communication protocol:
